I’ve tried a couple of fitness and snack boxes, but The Lift Box Snack Box truly stands out. It was packed with high-quality protein snacks, supplements, and gear that actually gets me excited to hit the gym. It’s like a little motivation boost delivered to my door.

The snacks are delicious, the variety is awesome, and I love discovering new brands I wouldn’t have tried otherwise. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into curating each box. Definitely worth every penny!

Highly recommend to anyone into fitness, nutrition, or just loves trying new healthy goodies. 💪🔥

Lots of good snacks to try. The shirts run small so size up. I did the extra shirt box. And only one shirt came. Not sure where I can change my setting for future boxes.

I liked 75% of the items. Wished there was more protein in some of the items.

Opportunity to try different products to meet my health goals has been great. Fair price!

About two months ago I set out to change my eating and exercise habits. The changes I'm experiencing are amazing. This subscription box is perfect if you're new or newer to the health and fitness scene. The snacks and pre-work out goodies are great for trying before you buy! And the tshirts/tanks that are included are perfect for a little extra motivation!

I absolutely loved my box, so many healthy snacks that I would've never tried other wise. Worth every penny. It's nice being able to try new healthy snacks and more. Loving the tshirts
