For those who haven't yet ordered the June 2021 edition of The Lift Box, there's still time.

There's a multitude of reasons not to miss it, and we'll share those below, but we'll also open the box and take a look under the lid, which we haven't really done before, at least all in one place and in advance.

It's everything you have grown to expect (and hopefully love) from The Lift Box - there will be amazing supplements, a refreshing energy drink, tasty snacks and another one-of-a-kind T-shirt to add to your collection or make the first of many.

Plus, there's a growing Facebook community just for Lift Box subscribers called The Box Crew, which offers the opportunity to share and converse with other like-minded fitness and nutrition enthusiasts.

In June, the borders of that community will expand, as The Lift Box welcomes Medal of Honor recipient Dakota Meyer and his fitness company, Own The Dash.

As previously announced, the June box was created as part of an exclusive partnership with Meyer and will feature products from fitness-industry powerhouse, Jocko, which produces Meyer's signature drink. It also will give subscribers access to the Own The Dash materials and community.

You can read the complete announcement here.

The Own The Dash message alone is thought-provoking and inspirational.

It's about motivating and empowering people to take ownership of their own lives and give back more than they take in the world.

Or, you're born, and you die. Owning the dash is about making the most of the dash between those two dates, which may be part of the reason you sought out a fitness subscription box in the first place.

The exclusive Own The Dash shirt in the June box will remind you, and those around you, about this simple message. How has life not been put in this perspective before?

Hopefully, you're already thinking about how you spent today, last weekend or the last month, and you're strategizing about how you can do even better.

Along with the wearable reminder, each June subscriber will get a chance to try the Own The Dash training app, which gives people the tools and structure they need for change and progress, while an online community is there to offer additional support and motivation.

On paper, just the things listed above, and the priceless reflection and motivation, are worth far more than The Lift Box's $39.95 subscription price. But, there's so much more value and deliciousness packed into one tiny box.

The Lift BOX - June 2021

Here's a breakdown:

* A 12-ounce can of Meyer's sugar-free Dak Savage energy drink will fuel your brain and your body.

It has just a few calories, less than 1g of carbs, amino acids, vitamins and as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. It's sugar-free, Keto-friendly and the black cherry/vanilla flavor profile may become a guilt-free alternative to an old favorite....

* Once the Dak Savage version of the Jocko Discipline GO pushes you through your workout or activity, you're going to need to refuel your body and begin the recovery process.

That's where June's official supplement comes into play - Jocko Mölk!

Mölk is more than just a protein powder. It's specially designed with enzymes and probiotics to keep your digestive system running properly and comfortably, while delivering your body the things is needs after a great workout.

A time-release blend of whey concentrate, whey isolate, micellar casein and egg, Mölk promotes growth and muscle recovery all day long. It also serves as a proper meal replacement that is low in calories (110), has just 2g of net carbs and has no added sugar.

With seven bold and versatile flavors, all available at originmaine.com, you'll never get bored! Each box in June will include three samples.

* When it's time get the day started and it's too early for an energy drink or pre-workout, but you need a subtle push out of bed - or you're looking for a little sophisticated and non-carbonated refreshment later in the day - look no further than Jocko White Tea.

Yes, drinking tea IS cool. Or hot. This one is versatile and delicious. It was created by, and for, retired Navy SEAL Jocko Willink, the head honcho at Jocko Fuel.

All Lift Box subscribers in June will get three packets to see for themselves!

* The Jocko Discipline line is available for anyone looking for an extra push through the day. It's a pre-everything, so no matter what you're doing, it'll be there.

It's a low-stim product good for energy, focus, stress and mood support, stamina - and it's sugar free.

All subscribers in June will get two samples of the capsule version of Jocko Discipline GO for the ultimate mental focus in a busy world!

* Finally, nothing is more rewarding than that pre- or post-workout shake, shake, shake of your shaker bottle.

Each box in June will come with a custom Jocko Fuel-branded shaker to make sure your Lift Box offerings are enjoyed in style and quality.

They're built to last, but also to remind you, and those waiting for you to finish your sets at the gym, that you're on the right track and making the right choices for your health and fitness.

With each sip, you'll be reminded of the great messages from both Dakota Meyer and his friends at Jocko.

Oh, and here's a couple of random shaker questions:

Do you count the number of times you shake it?
Do you have an ideal number in your mind, so you know your supplement is mixed and ready?
Do you have to do the same amount of shaking with both arms, so one arm doesn't get bigger and stronger than the other?

No? Just us? Cool. =)

* There's also a (not-so-surprise) bonus in the June box. It's another great offering from Shrewd Food, which wowed subscribers in May with two varieties of protein cookies.

This time, Shrewd's signature protein puffs will be making an appearance to make you love the Shrewd Food menu even more.

On a more serious note, if you'd like to learn more about Meyer, a Kentucky native and school-trained sniper who was twice deployed - once to Iraq (2007) and once to Afghanistan (2009-2010) - check out the original announcement of this unprecedented all-veteran Lift Box collaboration.

His efforts in the Battle of Ganjgal in September 2009 earned him international attention and the Medal of Honor, the nation's highest award for valor (great courage).

Sharing the stories of those experiences helped Meyer become a best-selling author with his book "Into the Fire: A Firsthand Account of the Most Extraordinary Battle of the Afghan War."

He's also a recipient of a Purple Heart, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal and the Navy, Marine Corps Achievement Medal and other accolades.

Again, find that complete announcement here.

Also remember, everything that appears in the monthly box has been tested and vetted by the Lift Box staff for taste, quality, comfort and durability, but it is feedback and suggestions from subscribers that often dictates what some of the products might be.

A monthly subscription to The Lift Box is $39.95. Each box includes a shirt and a variety of items to help make every workout a personal best.
