The low-carb puffs are made of whey and casein protein and free of artificial sweeteners, fillers, preservatives or dyes. They’re also gluten and soy free. Each serving contains 15 grams of protein, about 125 calories and less than 4g net carbs.


The flavor lineup from SnackHouse Puffs is as unique as their Pro-Puffs predecessors, now offering 10 true-to-their-name flavors.


On the savory side, there’s Jalapeno Cheddar, Nacho Cheese, Cheeseburger, Barbecue and Garlic Parmesan.


The sweet flavors include Fruity Puffs (Keto cereal), Chocolate, Wildberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Peanut Butter and Independence Cake.


SnackHouse Puffs are distributed exclusively by Muscle Foods USA and available in resealable bags ranging in size from 5.5 ounces to 6.75 ounces or boxes with eight single servings.
