HOW DO I CANCEL?

Simply log into your account, click edit subscription and hit the cancel button. Cancel anytime without the hassle, and if you need assistance, we are always available to help via email, text, or live chat.

CAN I SWITCH BETWEEN THE LIFT BOX AND SNACK BOX?

As long as we're not sold out of the Snack Box, you can switch between the two at any time. Reach out to us at [email protected] for help whenever you need it but you always have control to log in to your account to update your subscription yourself too.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We don't but we do ship to overseas military bases though!

Your first month's subscription will be charged when you checkout. After you receive your first box, all subscription accounts are charged on the 1st of every month.

We ship our boxes out the week of the 20th every month and will send your box confirmation and tracking info via email.
