I love the tank top that came with it and the supplements were cool but didn’t seem like a lot for the price of the box and the accessory was underwhelming because I can’t find any use for the food pouch. I liked the supplements that came with it but seemed like there could’ve been more. I’m looking forward to the second box because I have high hopes and beliefs that it will continue to improve

My son absolutely loved everything from Lift Box! The snacks were a hit, and the T-shirt was a fantastic surprise. As a Naval officer who is very fit and loves to eat healthy, he especially appreciated the quality and thoughtfulness of the items. The T-shirt was his favorite! Thank you for putting together such a great box.

The snacks were too niche. Very nice shirts. Overall it was more of a fun novelty purchase. Good experience and good customer service. Would consider subscribing again in the future when money isn't a concern.

I really enjoyed my lift box and snack box. I also enjoyed the products I tried and thought the shirt was of good quality. I recommend it to anyone working out regularly and wanting to try new items.

I had seen this advertised and I decided what the heck! I was blown away by the box as well as the snack box! Now I’ve got tons of new goodies to try and can keep my protein supply replenished and have healthy snacks! Way to go Lift Box for making an amazing product

The box is nice but as a new customer, I don't understand why my card had to be charged for the second box on the first of the month when the box isn't shipped until later on. I didn't have much time between getting the first box and being charged for the second to determine if I actually wanted the second or make changes to my order.

Loved the shirt and plethora of healthy snacks and supplements that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. Very happy with my subscription.

This was my first box, and I loved it! What a great way to find items you like without committing to a full size box/bag/package. I wish there was a way to review individual items so that I'd remeber what I did and didn't like.

I was really excited to finally be able to fit this in my budget. I loved the protein pretzels. The Rule Breaker brownie was delicious would but myself. The street taco Rivals my hubby even loved and he doesn't eat this stuff ☺

I ordered 2 to get an idea of the different products I would receive if I maintained a subscription, and they sent me 2 boxes that included the exact same items. They were alright, but after getting through the first box and not finding "my cup of tea" in it, I lifted the second to my fat little cousin... cause the products were more steered toward losing weight than gaining it.
