I was excited for my first box. The snack assortment was ok. Things I would never buy myself as I prefer less sugar and more clean ingredients. The shirt was super soft. However, sizing is way off. I ordered a large and it should have been labeled sm or xs. So it was useless to me. Overall, I probably won't continue a subscription

I loved the box. The shirt was so soft and comfortable. Absolutely amazing customer service. I didn’t find any snacks I can’t live without yet but I’m excited to keep trying!!

Has plenty of variety of new snacks and drinks i have never tried nor probably would! love this!

Shirt was cool but the rest of the items were not worth the cost. Especially the snack box was not worth it.

With every product trending nowadays, it gives me peace of mind that the lift Box gives you the chance to try every different product with one main source love my monthly subscription with definitely recommend it.

Shirt love the color dust rose not impressed with the size felt like it ran small I got a medium. (3)
Protein cookie (5) bomb super yummy! I’ll buy those.
Ghost samples were ok (3)
The peanut jelly bar chefs kiss didn’t taste plant based at all (5)
The aloe Vera lip balm and sun block appreciate it but don’t really care for (2)
I was really looking more for some protein powder protein drinks and pre workout samples. But all in all the box is well put together and thought of. I would order again. But I would size up in shirt.

I heard about the lift box from someone at the gym and was using a sample bottle of muscle pain relief. He explained how it worked so I decided to give it a shot. I loved the contents of the box. Some of the products in there I had never heard of. While others were some I had been meaning to try but didn’t wish to spend the money for something I may not like. I was totally IMPRESSED with everything in the box. I wear the shirt often and unfortunately the samples were short lived. I cleaned them out as soon as I opened the box. I would highly recommend to anyone into fitness to subscribe to the Lift Box! It also supports our veterans. You get pretty much are getting the box for free with everything in it.

This was a fantastic first box, I usually don't receive a box where everything in it is useful and I want to purchase..this one, I want everything sent!!

I loved all the goodies in my box. It was fun. I couldn’t believe how much I got. The shirt fit a little tighter than most of my mediums, but other than that, it was a great box. 💙
