Every Lift Box contains a tank top or tee shirt (your choice), several servings of supplements, snacks, and a drink. We also toss in gear and accessories like lifting straps or shakers.
Boxes ship the week of the 20th every month. As soon as your box ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
You can cancel your subscription any time. Just click the link below to log in, select "Manage Subscriptions", and then select "Cancel" next to your subscription. You may need to scroll to the right on mobile to see it.
To edit your subscription, click the link below to log in and then click "Manage Subscriptions." Click the "edit" button next to your subscription. From this screen, you can click "change product variant" to update your apparel size of shirt type. You can also update your payment info by clicking "Update Billing Information."
The cutoff for each box is the 10th of the month. If you order on the 11th or later, you will receive your box when boxes ship the week of the 20th in following month.
We don't ship outside the U.S. yet but we're hoping to expand in the near future. We DO ship to military bases all over the world though.
Due to the unique nature of our product, no returns, exchanges, or refunds can be offered. Refunds are on a case by case basis. There is a $5 fee applied to your account if the transaction has already gone through. These fees are to cover the cost of processing fees. If you receive a damaged box, please email us at email@example.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
